Overseasidol.com — NGT48 held its solo concert, “NGT48 Spring Concert 2025,” on May 4 at the Niigata Prefectural Civic Center, captivating fans with a two-part performance themed around celebration and nostalgia.
In a highlight of the event, the group gave the first live performance of their 11th single, “Kibō Ressha” (Hope Train), scheduled for release on June 4.
The upbeat track featured a double center lineup with Miyu Fujisaki and Nanami Otsuka, supported by 11 selected members.
The afternoon session adopted a festive “matsuri” theme, complete with cheering competitions between senior and junior members.
Meanwhile, the evening show reflected on the group’s journey, with performances of meaningful songs from each generation, including the debut-era track “Sekai wa Doko Made Aozora na no ka?”
With 35 members on stage, the largest number in NGT48’s history, the concert was both a visual and emotional milestone.
Fujisaki expressed gratitude and shared her hopes that NGT48’s future will become even more exciting for fans.
