Freen Sarocha Donates to Support Southern Thailand Flood Victims
Overseasidol.com — Support continues to pour in from the entertainment industry and the general public as severe flooding in southern Thailand affects provinces such as Satun, Hat Yai, and several surrounding areas.
With hundreds of thousands of people impacted, assistance is urgently needed.
While volunteers onsite are working tirelessly to deliver food, set up community kitchens, and assist with evacuations, many public figures are lending their help through donations.
Among them is renowned actress Freen Sarocha, who, together with her two companies SOLENN Entertainment and Ninetytwo & Lightnight has donated a total of 200,000 baht to aid flood victims.
The contributions were distributed to key organizations involved in relief efforts, 50,000 baht to the Songklanagarind Hospital Foundation, another 50,000 baht to Prince of Songkla University, and 70,000 baht to the Tham Dee Organization, led by Panadda Wongphudee.
Freen’s charitable act has been widely praised by fans and netizens.
Many expressed appreciation for her compassion and willingness to support communities in need, even when she cannot be physically present at the disaster sites.
The donation is expected to help accelerate relief operations and bring much-needed support to those affected by the floods.
