Overseasidol.com — Japanese creative unit C.H.E.T. has officially released two previously unreleased songs by Thai girl group PRETZELLE.
The tracks, titled “Imagine” and “Ready or Not?”, are now available on major streaming platforms along with their newly released music videos.
The release of these songs carries a special emotional meaning. Both tracks were originally created during PRETZELLE’s active years when the group collaborated with Japanese creators.
After the group disbanded, the Japanese team behind C.H.E.T. decided to reconstruct and complete the songs as a collaborative remix project.
The release is intended as a heartfelt gift and a gesture of appreciation for the memories and creative work shared with the members of PRETZELLE.
This project also marks the first time unreleased music from PRETZELLE has been shared with the public since the group’s disbandment.
Through this release, the creators hope to keep PRETZELLE’s artistic legacy alive and allow their music to continue connecting with fans in the future.
Musically, the two songs showcase different styles and moods. “Imagine” features a sweet and mellow sound inspired by early 2000s US R&B, highlighting PRETZELLE’s delicate vocals and emotional expression.
Meanwhile, “Ready or Not?” offers a brighter and more upbeat vibe as a light dance-pop track.
The song blends modern pop elements with a contemporary Asian musical sensibility, creating a fresh and vibrant listening experience.
