Overseasidol.com — Thai actor Film Thanapat shared an encouraging message in celebration of Labor Day on May 1, emphasizing the vital role of workers in driving national development.
He stated that every profession, including those in the entertainment industry, contributes significantly to the economy.
From actors to production crews, photographers, and journalists, all play a role in creating valuable content.
“Every job matters. Without one part, the whole system cannot function properly,” he said.
Film also encouraged people to continue working hard and take pride in their respective professions, both for personal growth and the country’s progress.
In addition, he spoke about current challenges affecting daily life, including extreme weather conditions and global instability.
He revealed that electricity expenses in his household have increased due to constant air conditioner usage amid rising temperatures.
“If I have to choose between high electricity bills or getting sick from the heat, I’d rather pay more,” he explained.
To manage expenses, Film is considering installing solar panels at home as a long-term energy-saving solution and is currently learning more about the technology.
He also addressed rising fuel prices, which have impacted his work routine.
During filming, production teams now provide shared transportation to reduce fuel consumption.
Furthermore, Film Thanapat is considering switching to an electric vehicle after noticing how significantly fuel costs have increased.
