Overseasidol.com — Thai actor Babe Tanatat has revealed that he has yet to receive payment for a commercial event he completed, prompting him to file a police report in an effort to protect his rights and seek clarification regarding the unresolved compensation issue.
Through a statement shared on social media, Babe posted a photo of his official police report and explained the circumstances surrounding the dispute.
According to the actor, he accepted the job after being informed by a former artist manager that the client had already transferred the required payment to his agency.
During the event preparation process, additional responsibilities reportedly arose, including arrangements related to wardrobe, makeup, hairstyling, and the AR production team.
Although these tasks were outside the normal scope of an artist’s duties, Babe and his team stepped in to help and personally covered the expenses to ensure the event could proceed smoothly.
After the event concluded, Babe Tanatat said he learned that only part of the client’s payment had been received by the company, while the remaining funds were allegedly transferred elsewhere.
He stated that he has not received his performance fee and has also not been reimbursed for the costs he advanced on behalf of the project.
The actor explained that he has attempted to contact all parties involved in order to obtain a clear explanation.
While the company has provided a written statement, he claims that other individuals connected to the matter have yet to offer a satisfactory response.
