According to Zhang Weiyi, his weight dropped from 69.05 kg on the first day to 67.75 kg by the fourth day, marking a noticeable decrease in a short period.

The rapid results quickly drew attention from netizens. His diet plan follows a strict and specific routine.

For breakfast, he consumes only black coffee and boiled eggs, avoiding carbohydrates entirely.

At lunch, he eats two burgers from McDonald’s, with adjustments such as reduced sauce and extra vegetables.

For dinner, he limits his intake to two plain steamed buns, known as mantou, without any additional dishes.

The diet approach has generated mixed reactions online.
