Overseasidol.com — On December 16, Siba Media (STAR48) publicly denied allegations of forging Ju Jingyi’s signature.
The company stated that multiple appraisal results show that recent claims made by Ju Jingyi’s side regarding handwriting analysis do not align with existing documents.
Siba Media described the accusations as a distortion of facts intended to mislead the public and said it would submit all relevant appraisal reports to the authorities in accordance with the law.
In response, Ju Jingyi’s legal team, represented by lawyer Yang Shuguang, issued an official statement addressing the ongoing contract dispute with Siba Media.
The statement stressed that handwriting appraisal results commissioned unilaterally by Siba Media should not be considered credible.
The legal statement further noted that the court had previously appointed independent institutions on two occasions to examine the signature “Ju Jingyi” on the supplementary agreement to the exclusive artist contract.
Both assessments concluded that it was impossible to determine whether the signature was written by Ju Jingyi herself.
By contrast, the conclusion reached by an institution independently commissioned by Siba Media, which claimed the signature was authentic, has not been recognized by judicial authorities and contradicts the court-appointed appraisal results.
