Overseasidol.com — Huang Zitao and Xu Yiyang’s studios released an official statement firmly denying the online rumors.
The management deny alleging the two stars were involved in surrogacy and secretly having a child.
“Neither artist has ever engaged in or participated in any form of surrogacy.
These online rumors are serious defamation and unjustified intrusion into their private lives,” they said.
Studio also confirmed they have gathered legal evidence against accounts spreading the misinformation and will take appropriate legal action.
The rumors intensified after a video surfaced showing Xu Yiyang’s mother returning home with a nanny carrying a baby, sparking speculation that the couple has a child together.
This isn’t the first time speculation has surfaced. In August 2024, a netizen claimed to have seen Huang Zitao and Xu Yiyang at a prenatal clinic in the U.S.
In October, during a livestream, Huang Zitao accidentally said he wanted to “spend time with his wife and child” before quickly correcting it to “friends.”
In December, Xu Yiyang was spotted shopping for baby furniture.
Despite the mounting rumors, both artists now officially refute the claims and emphasize that they are false and defamatory.
Legal actions will be pursued to protect their reputations and privacy.
