Overseasidol.com — Actor Jacky Heung recently opened up about how he first met his wife, Bea Hayden.
In an interview, he revealed that their initial encounter took place during Paris Fashion Week in 2017 under rather awkward circumstances, as the two had not known each other at the time.
Jacky Heung recalled that they were unexpectedly asked to do an interview together and had to pretend they were already acquainted, which made the situation uncomfortable.
Despite the awkwardness, a small moment left a lasting impression when he instinctively reached out to support Bea Hayden as she nearly slipped while walking down a staircase in high heels.
He also shared that he had planned to ask her out once more before leaving Paris, but the idea did not materialize as Bea Hayden said she had no free time then.
During the same interview, Jacky Heung spoke about his approach to raising children. When asked about his parenting philosophy, he said that his main strategy is to entrust financial matters to his wife.
According to him, Bea Hayden carefully saves and plans for their children’s future needs, often with additional guidance from his mother, Deanie Ip.
He added that his role is to work harder to ensure that everything falls into place.
