The individual acknowledged that since October 2024, they had repeatedly posted articles, images, and comments on Weibo containing misleading and defamatory claims.

Following legal proceedings, the Beijing Internet Court ruled that the statements in question were fabricated, insulting, and defamatory, causing significant harm and serious negative impact on Chen Muchi’s personal reputation. T

In the apology statement, the netizen expressed remorse and emphasized that everyone must take responsibility for their words and actions, especially in the digital space.

As part of the resolution, the individual confirmed that their Weibo account has been permanently deactivated.
