Overseasidol.com — On October 27, Chinese actress Rayzha Alimjan took to social media to announce that she will not be participating in the third season of the hit legal drama The Fearless.
In her post, she wrote, “Thank you for the courage. For Season 3, I haven’t received the script and will not be taking part,”.
Her statement quickly went viral, drawing concern and sympathy from fans.
In the comment section, Rayzha candidly replied to several followers who asked about her situation.
She revealed, “There might not be any new projects for now. My mother needs surgery, and I have a daughter to raise. I’m sorry, I’m doing my best,”.
In another reply, she emotionally added, “Thank you… I said it while crying. I really miss acting, I truly do. I’m sorry,”.
Her honesty and vulnerability touched many fans, who flooded the comments with messages of encouragement and support.
Rayzha previously starred alongside Wang Yang in the first two seasons of Fearless which aired in late 2023 and early 2025.
The series gained widespread acclaim for its compelling storytelling and strong performances.
Earlier this year, in February, screenwriter Zhao Dongling hinted that the script for Season 3 was already in development after responding to fans’ questions on social media.
However, with Rayzha officially stepping down, the future direction of the series remains uncertain.
