Overseasidol.com — Japanese girl group ME:I has announced that their new single “L to R” will serve as the opening theme for the second season of the TV anime “Anyway, I’m Going to Fall in Love”.
The anime will begin airing in January 2026 on TBS and BS11. The anime is based on the popular manga by Haruka Mitsui, serialized in Nakayoshi (Kodansha).
Its first season aired from January to March 2025 and received warm support from viewers for its heartfelt storytelling and delicate art style.
The upcoming season will continue exploring the characters’ complex emotions and romantic developments.
Regarding the new theme song, ME:I member MIU shared, “The lyrics compare the feeling of being in love to the left and right sides of earphones. It’s an emotional and easy-to-sing melody. I hope everyone will look forward to hearing it.”
“L to R” is expected to perfectly capture the tender emotions of the anime’s characters, blending ME:I’s emotional vocals with the show’s youthful atmosphere.
