Overseasidol.com — Chinese influencer and livestreamer Nikita Huang Yiming is facing mounting legal pressure after being placed under high-consumption restrictions for failing to fulfill court-ordered payment obligations.

According to corporate data records, the restriction request was filed by Hangzhou Liuzhizhu Technology Co Ltd.

Earlier in February, Nikita had already been subjected to enforcement measures requiring her to pay more than 550,000 yuan in connection with the same dispute.

The controversy stems from a contract conflict between Huang and her former company.

During previous livestreams, she openly criticized her past employer, claiming she was the only active streamer at the time and was pressured into signing a contract with high penalty clauses due to her financial situation, including the need to support her child.

When she attempted to leave the company to pursue better opportunities, she was sued and faced a compensation claim of up to 1.2 million yuan.

However, it is important to note that this figure represents the company’s demand and not a finalized court ruling.

Legal records also show that Nikita Huang filed a lawsuit in December 2024 against Hangzhou Xuanle Technology Co Ltd and Hangzhou Liuzhizhu Technology over the contract dispute.

The case was first heard in February 2025 at the Binjiang District People’s Court in Hangzhou.

Subsequently, the company filed a counterclaim, with further hearings taking place in August of the same year.
