Overseasidol.com — Japanese idol group Hinatazaka46 has officially announced the release of their 17th single titled “Kind of Love” set to drop on May 20, 2026.
The announcement has generated excitement among fans, especially with the reveal of a fresh senbatsu lineup and notable milestones.
The biggest highlight is Fujishima Kaho, who will serve as the center for the first time in her idol career.
The senbatsu lineup consists of 14 members across multiple generations. From the second generation, Kanemura Miku and Kosaka Nao return as key figures.
The third generation includes Kamimura Hinano, Takahashi Mikuni, Morimoto Marie, and Yamaguchi Haruyo.
Meanwhile, the fourth generation is strongly represented by Shimizu Rio, Shogenji Yoko, Fujishima Kaho, Miyachi Sumire, and Watanabe Rina.
Notably, the fifth generation makes a strong entrance with Ono Manami, Katayama Saki, and Matsuo Sakura joining the senbatsu.
Katayama Saki’s inclusion marks her first-ever senbatsu selection, adding another layer of excitement for fans.
