Overseasidol.com — The highly anticipated Thai drama The Two Faces of Thatri has officially announced its premiere date after a long wait from fans.

The series will begin airing on June 8 on Channel 3, with new episodes scheduled every Monday and Tuesday at 8:30 PM.

The drama stars talented actors Pon Nawasch and Gina Yeena, who take on the lead roles in this period drama that combines romance with intense family conflict.

The Two Faces of Thatri is adapted from a well-known novel written by Duangdao (Mom Chao Sawasdiwatana Pravit).

The television adaptation is directed by Wit Worawit, who brings the story to life with a strong period setting during World War II, enriched with emotional storytelling and visual depth.

The story follows a man named Thatri (played by Pon) who falls into financial ruin.

He is forced to assume the identity of a wealthy heir to claim an inheritance on behalf of a friend who shares the same name.

During this deception, he meets Rachit (played by Gina), the granddaughter of the real heir.

Their growing bond leads to a complicated romantic relationship, set against the backdrop of war and a fierce battle over family wealth.

The project was first introduced in 2023 with an initial trailer and ceremonial launch.

However, the extended production process delayed its release, making the upcoming premiere even more highly anticipated among fans.

In addition to the lead actors, the series features a strong supporting cast including Mac Weerakaniz, Prima Bhunjaroeun, Nink Saranya, and Arm Narawut.

The mix of experienced and rising actors is expected to enhance the overall quality of the drama.
