Japanese singer and former AKB48 member Kashiwagi Yuki is making her long-awaited return with a new physical single titled Shiawase Kinenbi, set for release on June 17, 2026.
The upcoming release marks Kashiwagi’s first physical single in five years and three months since CAN YOU WALK WITH ME??, which was released in 2021.
Ahead of the official launch, the music video for Shiawase Kinenbi has been unveiled, generating excitement among fans.
The project features Takumi Gunji as both director and cinematographer, while the production was handled by Japanese creative company Koe Co., Ltd.
A member of the production team also shared their experience on social media, revealing that they participated in the project as an assistant director.
The single was first announced on April 8, 2026, and has since attracted significant attention from fans eager to see Kashiwagi’s next chapter as a solo artist.
