Indonesia’s Gitabumi Shine Voices once again gained international recognition after appearing as a special guest on China’s music variety show Voices of Youth.
The world champion choir participated in the program’s eighth episode, aired between May and June 2026.
During the show, the Indonesian choir competed against Chinese contestants in two music battle rounds and successfully won both performances.
Gitabumi Shine Voices was introduced as a world-class choir from Indonesia, featuring members from different age groups, including young performers.
The group impressed audiences with its powerful harmonies, strong vocal techniques, and outstanding R&B-inspired musical style.
Their success highlights Indonesia’s growing reputation in the international choral music scene and showcases the country’s musical talent on a global stage.
In a BTS of the new episode, the members of Gitabumi made a striking appearance wearing traditional Indonesian attire.
