Residents said Yang’s family, both the elderly and young members, often caused trouble in the community.
They also criticized Yang for ignoring community rules despite serving as the chief. Many felt he was “unfit for the position”.
These issues were small but constant, making neighbors increasingly frustrated.
Reports stated that Yang’s family frequently ignored regulations and insisted on walking through the vehicle lane, raising safety concerns.
Some residents even claimed that family members relieved themselves in public. Although many tried to understand possible physical reasons, hygiene problems still worried them.
When neighbors reminded the family, Yang reportedly responded by scolding them.
These complaints had been tolerated quietly for a long time. However, tensions escalated after Yang became the community chief.
One resident revealed that Yang, before his term officially began, contacted the security company on his own and demanded to end their contract.
Most residents were shocked because they were satisfied with the existing management.
Yang reportedly justified the decision by saying the security staff did not take good care of the elderly.
But residents said he made changes without consulting the majority. This triggered widespread resentment.
During the handover process, Yang also had a dispute with the former chief. The argument escalated, and Yang threatened to resign.
He eventually accepted the position, but the conflict led to even more problems afterward.
