His remarks quickly drew attention and sparked discussion online.
On December 16, singer-songwriter Chang Chen-yue, also known as Ayal Komod, shared his thoughts on social media.
He jokingly referred to Zhu Xiaotian as “an F1 who stepped out of the F4 lineup,” using a light but pointed expression.
Zhang also addressed the iconic song “Meteor Rain”.
He explained that although Ken Chu felt the song did not match his personal musical taste, from a pop songwriting perspective, the chord progression in the first two bars of the chorus sounds particularly strong and appealing.
Zhang emphasized that his comment was made purely from a musical and creative standpoint.
