Thailand’s prominent Bhirombhakdi family has released an official statement addressing the ongoing family dispute involving Psi Scott and his mother.
The family expressed regret over the situation and reaffirmed its commitment to resolving the matter through a fair and independent legal process.
In the statement, the family stressed that it does not tolerate any form of domestic violence, harassment, threats, or actions that violate the rights, dignity, and safety of others.
They emphasized that all allegations should be handled carefully while respecting everyone involved.
The family also noted that several facts remain under legal review.
As a result, any determination of responsibility should be made by an independent judicial process rather than influenced by public opinion.
To ensure transparency, Pi Sunit Scott has stepped down from all executive, board, and representative positions within the family’s businesses until the investigation and legal proceedings are completed.
The family also plans to establish an oversight process involving independent advisors to help ensure fairness.
In addition, the Bhirombhakdi family announced that it will hold a follow-up meeting with Psi Scott after the court mediation scheduled for July 8, 2026.
