Overseasidol.com — A controversy has emerged surrounding Chinese actor Bai Jingting’s fashion label, GOODBAI, after a customer publicly criticized the quality of one of its products.
The complaint, which went viral on social media, described how a printed logo from a GOODBAI hoodie transferred onto a car seat after just one wear.
Photos shared by the user clearly showed the “GB” logo imprint on the seat, raising concerns among consumers.

According to Tianyancha, the brand is operated by Zhe Ting Hao (Shanghai) Brand Management Co., Ltd., established in January 2022.
Bai Jingting is the largest shareholder with a 41% stake and serves as the company’s actual controller. The company’s operations include retail sales of clothing, accessories, and textile-related goods.
In addition, a government inspection in January 2024 found that one of GOODBAI’s denim jackets did not meet pH standards, adding fuel to the growing scrutiny over the brand’s product quality.
As the hashtag “#GOODBAIQualityIssue” climbed trending charts on May 6, discussions about celebrity-run brands and their accountability for quality assurance became a hot topic among netizens.
