Overseasidol.com — The iconic boy group F4 has once again found itself at the center of public discussion following a recent reunion event that did not include Ken Chu.

His absence quickly sparked speculation, with rumors suggesting he was deliberately excluded due to past controversies or alleged conflicts with event organizers and management.

This led to widespread claims that F4 had effectively become “F3”.

On the 17th, Angie, the producer credited with launching F4 to stardom through the hit drama Meteor Garden, addressed the issue publicly while attending an event.

She firmly rejected the narrative, calling the idea of “F4 turning into F3” completely unreasonable.

Angie emphasized that F4 originated as fictional characters in a television drama rather than a conventional music group formed around shared long-term goals.

In her view, labeling Ken Chu as having “left the group” simply because he was not invited to a particular event is misleading and exaggerated.

She added that such interpretations are not only inaccurate but also disrespectful to the original manga creator.

Addressing reports of tension between Ken and the organizers, Angie Chai said she has known him since 2001 and understands his personality well.

She described him as someone who can be impulsive and less attuned to social diplomacy, noting that these traits have largely remained unchanged over the years.

She also highlighted the importance of professionalism in collaborations, pointing out that agreeing to participate in an event while prematurely revealing undisclosed information during a livestream could be seen as disrespectful to other partners and may negatively impact working relationships.

As for the possibility of a long-awaited full F4 reunion, Angie responded cautiously and admitted she has no concrete plans for such a project.

She reflected that the four actors originally came together because of a shared drama, creating unforgettable memories at the time.

However, she noted that they have since moved on to different paths in life, stressing that a reunion is not a matter of financial incentives but of shared purpose something she believes no longer exists.
