Overseasidol.com — On April 12, Yu Zheng shared his thoughts on social media regarding his management approach toward the artists under his company.
He emphasized that he never forces them to accept acting roles.
Instead, he offers unconditional support whether they choose to rest, take on projects, or pursue romantic relationships.
For in-house productions, the artists are paid market rates or even higher. If they decline, there’s no pressure.
As for external gigs, he only offers suggestions and lets them decide.
Yu Zheng further explained that he prioritizes the emotional well-being of his artists over chasing profits.
Whether they want to rest, act, or fall in love, he’s always on their side.
He also revealed that his company’s artists are closely connected, often meeting up and supporting one another like family.
He encourages a sibling-like bond among them and wants them to carry a strong sense of belonging.
Although he doesn’t require popular artists to participate in internal projects, he insists they help elevate their less experienced peers along the way.
