Overseasidol.com — Thai actor S Kantapong and Kitty Kristina Winkler appeared before the Juvenile and Family Court in Samut Prakan Province on March 18, 2026, to discuss revisions to their previous settlement agreement concerning child support and parental authority.
The dispute began when Kitty filed a lawsuit requesting financial support for their child and the right to exercise parental authority.
In an earlier ruling, the court approved a mutual agreement granting both parties joint custody of their minor child.
Later, a request was submitted asking the court to summon S Kantapong to sign documents permitting their child to return to Germany in order to access state welfare benefits as a German citizen.
The latest court meeting was intended to review and amend certain terms of the settlement that both sides believed required adjustments.
However, the mediation process stalled after S Kantapong filed a new lawsuit seeking to revoke Kitty’s parental authority.
Kitty viewed this move as a breach of trust and decided not to proceed with negotiations or settlement revisions during the session.
As a result, no changes were made to the existing agreement. The court has scheduled a further hearing or mediation session regarding the new custody revocation case on March 24, 2026.
