Recently, a screenshot of what was claimed to be Yu’s “autopsy report” spread online.
The document described multiple injuries, including head trauma, fractured ribs, liver lacerations, and suffocation.
It suggested death from severe external force leading to multiple traumas.
However, many netizens believe the report is fabricated. They pointed out at least four suspicious details, such as repeated sections in the text and contradictory descriptions.
Others questioned its source, noting Yu’s body was reportedly cremated and only ashes were given to his mother.
Some also discovered that parts of the report were almost identical to a 2012 autopsy report of another case, raising further doubts.
Because of this, many online users urged others to stop sharing the questionable document.
They warned that spreading false reports could distract from uncovering the real truth behind Yu Menglong’s mysterious death.
