She shared that it was one of the toughest periods in her career because she was diagnosed with a uterine tumor, which affected both her hormones and emotional well-being.

Kao revealed that she had continuous bleeding every day, and some days the bleeding was so heavy that she had to change multiple pairs of pants.

She also fainted in the bathroom due to low oxygen levels. In one photo she shared, a tape was placed on her chin to hold the skin together after an accident. She said she was lucky she did not need stitches.

She eventually had to be rushed to the hospital for an urgent blood transfusion. Because of this, the team had to cancel scenes that included her.

Kao expressed deep gratitude to the production crew for their understanding and kindness during such a difficult time.

Despite the physical and emotional challenges, Kao said she still felt joy whenever she stepped on set.

She was grateful for the opportunities and for everyone who supported her at work. She reminded fans that a good project comes from teamwork, not one single person.
