Overseasidol.com — Taiwanese actress Tiffany Hsu officially launched her new book at a press event held at the Taipei World Trade Center on February 6.
The book captures her personal journey over the past ten years, documenting moments of growth, emotional changes, and reflections on life through intimate writing.
During the event, Tiffany was asked what she would like to say to her younger self from a decade ago.
After a brief pause, she became visibly emotional and shared that she would remind herself to express love more openly and to make sure the people she cares about truly know how much they mean to her.
The book features a collection of personal diary entries, revealing that Tiffany has kept a habit of journaling since elementary school.
She has preserved every notebook, and revisiting them now made her realize that many of her thoughts over the past decade were strikingly similar.
Unhappy moments came and went, while the things she deeply cared about appeared repeatedly in her writings.
She also shared a lighthearted story about her family occasionally reading her diaries.
Her mother even once admitted directly that she had read them, leaving Tiffany both amused and slightly embarrassed.
As for love letters, Tiffany said she never kept them, as she felt there was no need to reread them later.
Now a mother herself, Tiffany revealed that she has always maintained an open relationship with her family, sharing personal feelings without secrecy.
She also spoke about her son, who has begun standing with support.
Although he has a designated play area at home, Tiffany prefers to expose him to different environments by taking him to the park every day.
