According to Zhu, the fire originated from a neighbor’s home on the lower floor and quickly spread upward, reaching the first floor of his family’s house.
The neighbor’s unit was completely destroyed, and Zhu’s home also suffered significant damage in the affected area.
At the time of the incident, Zhu’s parents, grandfather, nephew, and other family members were present in the house.
