According to the statement, several users and platforms have allegedly utilized AI technologies such as face-swapping, deep synthesis, and voice cloning to create and distribute content featuring Ren Jialun without permission.
These AI-generated materials include short videos, drama clips, and even virtual character representations.
The manajement emphasized that Ren Jialun has never participated in the creation of such content and has not granted any third party the right to use his image, name, or voice for AI-generated productions.
They further stated that these actions constitute serious violations of personal rights under Chinese law, including portrait rights and personal data protection.
In response, the management has already secured legal evidence and engaged a professional legal team to pursue accountability through judicial channels.
They are also calling on all relevant platforms to immediately investigate and remove any AI-generated content involving the actor from their systems entirely.
Furthermore, the statement urges platforms to implement permanent safeguards, such as keyword blocking and technical restrictions, to prevent future misuse of Ren Jialun’s identity in AI training and content creation.
