Overseasidol.com — On June 22, Chinese actor Ren Jialun’s studio released a strongly worded statement via social media.

They calling for the public to respect the artist’s personal space and condemning ongoing harassment by so-called sasaeng fans and unauthorized paparazzi.

According to the statement, recent incidents have escalated, with some fans engaging in extreme behaviors such as stalking, blocking exits, waiting outside hotels, and even following Ren to his residence and airports.

Worse still, some individuals have reportedly verbally abused and physically harassed Ren and his team in public spaces, making obscene gestures while displaying aggressive behavior.

Ren Jialun and his studio have expressed deep concern over the violation of privacy and disruption of public order caused by these actions.

They strongly denounced such conduct, emphasizing that it stems from an unhealthy obsession and a desire to violate the actor’s personal boundaries.

The studio confirmed that it has gathered evidence of these incidents and will take firm legal action, including filing lawsuits and working with law enforcement, should similar behavior continue or escalate.

They also issued a public appeal urging everyone to respect the boundaries of private life, avoid purchasing or spreading illegally obtained information such as shooting schedules and travel itineraries, and to stop malicious editing or defamatory commentary involving the actor.

Ren Jialun’s team emphasized that true support should be built on respect and understanding, not invasion or obsession.

Fans are encouraged to express their admiration through legal and civil channels, such as engaging with his public works and performances.
