Overseasidol.com — Jeff Satur agency, Studio On Saturn has officially announced that it will not support the release of the upcoming series Wooju Bakery, despite its scheduled premiere on April 19.
The statement, issued on April 17, 2026, also confirmed that the company is preparing to pursue legal action over the matter.
According to the statement, the studio’s artist participated in filming back in 2023 under the expectation that all contractual arrangements would be finalized through standard industry procedures.
However, no formal written agreement was ever concluded regarding the series’ release, distribution, or promotion.
The studio emphasized that it never granted approval for the use of the artist’s performance or related materials now being circulated.
The company further revealed that it was left without clear communication regarding the project’s progress or release plans for an extended period.
Notably, the artist reportedly did not receive any payment and was never given the opportunity to review the final version of the series before its upcoming release.
Efforts to resolve the issue were initiated through legal representatives at the end of March 2026, with the aim of reaching a fair and lawful agreement.
Despite these attempts, no resolution has been achieved so far, particularly concerning the protection of the artist’s fundamental rights.
In light of these circumstances, Jeff Satur agency has decided to take legal steps to safeguard its artist’s interests and seek proper clarification through legal channels.
The company also made it clear that it cannot support the release or promotion of “Wooju Bakery” under the current conditions.
