Overseasidol.com — The controversy surrounding the drama Wooju Bakery continues to intensify as Studio On Saturn, the agency of Jeff Satur, released a new official statement on April 19, 2026.

The statement directly responds to earlier claims made by Habitus Company, the project’s lead producer.

In its announcement, Studio On Saturn firmly stated that the artist has not received any payment related to the project.

The company emphasized that arrangements involving third parties do not change this fact, contradicting claims that all financial obligations have been fulfilled.

The studio also revealed that it had attempted to engage in discussions since February, after promotional materials featuring Jeff Satur were released without prior consent.

Through these discussions, the management became aware of certain actions involving third parties that raised concerns about transparency.

Regarding the distribution and promotion of the series, agency reiterated its position that a direct agreement with the artist is necessary to clearly define the rights and responsibilities of all involved.

As of now, the studio confirmed that no consent has been granted for the use, distribution, or promotion of the series or any related materials.

The matter is currently under legal review. The agency noted that it had previously chosen not to disclose further details out of respect for fans and in hopes of resolving the issue privately and professionally.

However, as the scheduled release date approached, the studio expressed disappointment that no agreement had been reached despite its request to postpone the broadcast until mutually acceptable terms were finalized.

The statement concluded with an apology to fans for any inconvenience caused, while reaffirming the studio’s commitment to taking appropriate legal action to protect the artist’s rights and image.
