Overseasidol.com — AKB48 has officially unveiled the title of its highly anticipated 68th single during the group’s “Koko Kara da” theater performance.
The new single, titled “Suki-ish”, is scheduled for release on August 19, 2026.
“Suki-ish” will become AKB48’s latest major release and is expected to play a central role in the group’s activities throughout the second half of 2026.
Alongside the single announcement, AKB48 also revealed plans for a special concert series titled “AKB48 Three Concepts Live”, which will take place at K-Arena Yokohama in September.
The first show, scheduled for the daytime of September 26, will be the “New Single ‘Suki-ish’ Concert”, focusing on the group’s newest music and performances connected to the upcoming release.
Later that evening, AKB48 will hold the “All Members ‘Suki-ish’ Concert”, a special performance expected to feature the full lineup of members on one stage, offering fans a rare opportunity to enjoy the group’s complete roster together.
The concert series will conclude on September 27 with the “Your Oshimen Loves ‘Suki-ish’ Concert”.
