He visit just one day after his management agency issued a public apology regarding his recent traffic violations.
Photos circulating online showed Huang dressed casually in a white T-shirt, shorts, and a baseball cap as he arrived to complete the necessary administrative procedures related to his vehicle.
Earlier, Huang Zitao’s studio confirmed that he had violated parking regulations and failed to comply with traffic signs.
The agency stated that the artist acknowledged his mistake, accepted traffic education measures, and paid the required fines.
Addressing public concerns over the vehicle itself, the agency clarified that the car had only undergone a body color change and did not qualify as an illegal modification under current regulations.
According to the statement, the failure to update the vehicle registration records resulted from an oversight by staff members rather than any intentional misconduct by Huang.
