Taiwanese singer Wang Leehom was injured during the opening of his “The Best Place II” concert in Chengdu on July 4, 2026, after reportedly tripping over a safety harness left on the stage.
The fall caused injuries to his face and ear, resulting in visible bleeding.
Despite the accident, Wang Leehom returned to the stage after receiving basic first aid and completed the nearly three-hour concert.
His manager confirmed that medical staff treated him during a costume change and that he would be taken to the hospital for further examination once the show ended.
