Taiwanese actor and singer Vanness Wu officially announced his second marriage on June 29, surprising fans with his first public relationship update since his divorce eight years ago.
Sharing the news on social media, Vanness posted a photo of himself holding his wife’s hand while showing their wedding rings.
He wrote, “I am even more blessed to have the most important person in my life. Thank you to everyone who has supported me through different stages of my life. I’m grateful to share this love with all of you,”.
The announcement marks Vanness’ first public confirmation of his relationship since ending his marriage with business heiress Arissa Cheo in 2019 after five years together.
Soon after the announcement, online rumors began circulating, including claims that the couple married because of a pregnancy and speculation about the bride’s identity.
