She admitted that being a mom is exhausting and said the fatigue naturally caused her to lose weight.
“I think mothers need to be a little selfish. If I don’t recharge myself, I won’t be able to keep giving,” she explained.
Ariel Lin welcomed her second son in June 2025 and returned to work just three months after giving birth.

Ariel Lin married Lin Yuchao, a diving businessman, on December 24, 2014, after a two-year relationship.
The couple first met over ten years ago and reconnected as bridesmaid and groomsman at her cousin’s wedding.
Since her husband runs a business in the United States, the two often live apart.
In September 2021, she announced her first pregnancy, and the following month, she gave birth to a baby girl.
