Domundi TV officially showcased their new drama project Mr. Fanboy during the DMD LINEUP 2026 event held on June 18, 2026, at Union Mall in Bangkok.
The annual lineup event is Domundi’s big platform to reveal upcoming series for 2026–2027.
Mr. Fanboy immediately stood out as one of the most anticipated titles, starring the popular pairing Auau Thanaphum and Save Worapong (AuauSave), who previously appeared as a beloved supporting couple.
The series is adapted from the popular novel Mr. Fanboy by Littlebbear96.
It follows Wan (played by Save Worapong Walor), a university student and dedicated fanboy of rising star Nine (played by James Supamongkon Wongwisut).
Wan often photographs and follows his idol’s activities.When Wan auditions and lands a supporting role in Nine’s new Y-series, he meets Third (played by Auau Thanaphum Sestasittikul), a sharp-tongued and hot-tempered lead actor.
The two start off as rivals who constantly clash, but as they are forced to work together, Wan’s feelings begin to change.
Along the way, he discovers the not-so-glamorous side of the entertainment industry and hidden secrets even about his own idol. (Overseasidol.com)
