The heartfelt conversation revealed the challenges they once faced and the life-changing moment that ultimately strengthened their bond.
During the interview, Woody recalled a statement previously made by Gubgib, who said she chose Bie based on her intuition and believed he was the man meant to be by her side.
Bie went on to describe the period before they discovered that Gubgib was pregnant. At the time, their relationship was going through significant challenges.
The couple often struggled to understand each other due to their different perspectives, and their disagreements nearly led them to end the relationship.
Although they decided to take some time apart, they continued to stay in contact.
During that period, Gubgib frequently experienced abdominal pain and was later found to have an ovarian chocolate cyst.
Concerned about her health, Bie encouraged her to undergo a medical examination.
However, because of work commitments, he was unable to accompany her to the appointment.
After finishing work, Bie called Gubgib to ask about the results. Instead of answering directly, she asked him to guess.
When he jokingly asked if she was pregnant, Gubgib confirmed that she was. She also told him that he did not have to feel obligated to take responsibility.
Bie admitted that hearing those words prompted him to have a serious conversation with her.
Knowing they were about to share the responsibility of raising a child, he expressed his desire to take care of both Gubgib and their future baby.
