In a recent interview, Mike revealed that their new home is currently undergoing renovation, a process expected to take around six to seven months.
While rumors suggest the property is worth tens of millions of baht, Mike declined to confirm the exact price, noting that the figure does not yet include renovation costs.
Mike explained that both he and Pooklook prioritize practicality over luxury.
The high price, he said, mainly reflects the home’s prime location near the city center.
The three-story house will accommodate six residents and is designed to meet their everyday needs rather than showcase extravagance.
At present, renovation progress stands at roughly five percent. Although a move-in date has not been finalized, Mike admitted he is already eager to live there.
He frequently checks on the renovation progress and personally requested the inclusion of a private gym within the house.
According to Mike, the decision-making process has been smooth and filled with mutual understanding.
He often lets Pooklook make the final call, saying he is comfortable with whatever she chooses.
The couple, he added, has never argued over the house, as they always strive to compromise and respect each other’s opinions.
Beyond the house, Mike also hinted that marriage discussions are well underway.
With renovations expected to be completed by June, wedding plans are reportedly being talked about seriously.
Mike even suggested that February could bring exciting news for fans.
While acknowledging that Pooklook knows him extremely well, Mike still hopes to surprise her.
He admitted that she may have already guessed what’s coming, but he is determined to make the moment as special as possible.
