Despite her deep attachment to the group, Cathy revealed her desire to explore new opportunities and pursue a different path where she can continue to grow and shine.
Her departure comes as a significant change, especially for Team Love, which has yet to officially debut and will now lose one of its members.
Nevertheless, fans have shown strong support for her decision and wished her success in her future endeavors.
Cathleen Nixie joined JKT48 as a trainee on October 31, 2022, and later gained recognition after ranking 20th in the JKT48 Member Election 2025 under the Undergirls category.
