The song explores the tender uncertainty of love and marks another milestone for Gemini, who wrote the lyrics himself. Joining him in the music video is actress Mint Ranchrawee, bringing warmth and charm to the story.
Adding to the emotional depth of the project, renowned musician Tor Saksit takes on the role of producer and pianist, enriching the song with his signature touch.
Speaking about the creative process, Gemini shared, “What If is a song I wrote quite some time ago, but I couldn’t remember all the lyrics. After filming Piano & I with Tor, I was inspired to start writing again. Having him as the producer and pianist made this project very special and heartfelt,”.
The song tells the story of two close friends whose bond slowly turns into love, leading to questions like, “What if we fell in love? What would happen next? Would it be the best thing if our love became real?,”.
In the MV, Gemini Norawit and Mint play two best friends celebrating a birthday trip together, filled with subtle yet warm moments that hint at their growing affection.
