Overseasidol.com — GMMTV is set to release a new romantic drama titled “Burnout Syndrome”, premiering November 26 on GMM25 and streaming on iQIYI and iQ.com.
The series stars Off Jumpol, Gun Atthaphan, and Dew Jirawat in a story that explores love, exhaustion, and emotional recovery.
The story follows Jira (played by Gun Atthaphan), a young man who is suddenly fired from his job. Struggling with burnout syndrome, he visits a bar to heal his troubled mind.
There, he meets Pheem (Dew Jirawat), a charming IT specialist. Their friendly conversation soon leads to a close connection, and they exchange numbers to keep in touch.
Meanwhile, Koh (Off Jumpol) is a successful but reclusive businessman who owns a popular online shopping platform.
He dislikes meeting people and prefers working behind the scenes. Looking for someone to represent him in business meetings, Koh happens to encounter Jira at a restaurant.
Drawn by Jira’s sharp attitude, Koh begins to take interest in him.
For Jira, Koh’s mysterious aura awakens a new inspiration. He finds himself sketching the man’s silhouette, realizing for the first time that his art feels more alive than ever.
Amid the growing tension between the three, Jira becomes conflicted about his feelings. He struggles to understand whether his heart truly belongs to Koh or Pheem.
The story captures the beauty and pain of love in moments of emotional exhaustion.
