With this milestone, Dear You has officially surpassed the total earnings of Pegasus, further solidifying its status as one of the biggest cinematic successes of 2026.
The film’s commercial performance is even more impressive considering its reported production budget of just 14 million yuan.
At its current box office level, investors have already received more than 600 million yuan in revenue sharing, making it one of the most profitable Chinese films of the year.
According to industry tracking platform Dengta Professional Edition, Dear You is projected to finish its theatrical run with a total gross of approximately 1.868 billion yuan.
