Overseasidol.com — Chinese singer Huang Xiaoyun has drawn public attention after reportedly collapsing following a recent concert performance.

In an official statement released on May 10, her management team provided clarification regarding her health condition.

According to the statement, Huang Xiaoyun experienced physical discomfort after performing at the “Xungen Suizhou: Starlight Concert”.

She reportedly fainted twice after leaving the stage, prompting her team to immediately take her to the hospital for medical evaluation.

Initial emergency examinations did not yield a clear diagnosis.

However, after further assessment by specialists, she was diagnosed with a recurrence of benign paroxysmal positional vertigo (BPPV), a condition affecting the inner ear.

The relapse was attributed to lack of sleep, exhaustion, and high levels of stress.

The management emphasized that Huang Xiaoyun is deeply committed to delivering her best in every performance.

Despite feeling unwell, she chose to complete her stage appearance out of dedication to her audience and fans.

Currently, her health has become the top priority. The team has enforced a mandatory rest period in accordance with medical advice.

Her condition is now reported to be stabilizing, and her health will continue to be closely monitored.

Future work schedules will also be adjusted to ensure she gets adequate rest.
