Lai Weiming’s agency has denied online rumors about the actor during a train ride, condemning unauthorized filming and promising legal action against defamation.
Chinese actor Lai Weiming recently became the center of online discussion after rumors claimed he took off his shoes while traveling on a train.
On July 1, his assistant responded to the controversy through social media.
The assistant stated that the photos and videos were secretly taken by an alleged sasaeng follower without permission.

According to the statement, train staff and railway police repeatedly warned the individual to stop filming and not publish the recorded content.
Soon afterward, Blue Lemon Media, Lai Weiming’s agency, released an official statement condemning the unauthorized filming and what it described as false and defamatory rumors.
The company confirmed that it has preserved all relevant evidence and will pursue legal action to protect the artist’s rights and reputation. (Overseasidol.com)
