Overseasidol.com — Thai actor Denkhun Ngamnet recently spoke up after many fans noticed his new look following a nose reconstruction surgery.
His refined features have drawn comparisons to Korean actors, and many men reportedly want to use his nose shape as a reference for their own cosmetic procedures.
Responding to the buzz, Denkhun said he doesn’t mind at all. “In our industry, our faces are part of our job. Plastic surgery is a way to improve yourself,” he explained.
He added that he had researched thoroughly before deciding on the surgery because it also carried some risks.
“My old nose was already ‘expired’—the tip had collapsed and could even have been perforated. So I decided to change it for both health reasons and to maintain my image as an actor,” Denkhun shared.
He also mentioned that many people had come to him for advice. “I’m not an expert, but I know a little. As for face-reading or feng shui, I don’t care much about that. As long as I’m happy with how I look, that’s enough,”.
When asked about people wanting the same nose shape, Denkhun smiled and said, “I don’t mind if people use my nose as a model. I designed it myself, so maybe I’m setting the trend,”.
