Overseasidol.com — Thai movie production house GDH is set to captivate Indonesian audiences with its latest movie, Diva La Vie.

The movie will be released in Indonesian cinemas for a limited screening from January 9 to 11, 2026.

The film will be shown exclusively at CGV and Cinepolis theaters across several major cities, including Jakarta, Bandung, Surabaya, Yogyakarta, Bali, Medan, and Depok.

With its short theatrical run, Diva La Vie is expected to draw strong interest from fans of Thai cinema and music-driven dramas.

Diva La Vie tells the story of four top singers brought together for a single grand concert—only for rivalry and clashing egos to take center stage instead of harmony.

At the heart of the story is Plaifun, a legendary diva preparing for a spectacular comeback after a seven-year hiatus.

As part of her ambitious return, she invites the Gen Z LGBTQ+ idol trio “Gang Takhli” to perform alongside her.

The group consists of Pitta P., a fierce rap queen, Laila, a soulful folk singer, and Copter, the prince of T-pop adored by younger audiences.

What begins as a promising collaboration quickly spirals into chaos when a press conference sparks controversy, igniting an all-out feud between Plaifun and the rising idols.

The film explores themes of fame, generational conflict, pride, and the evolving music industry.

The film features a star-studded cast including Jackie Jacqueline, NuNew Chawarin, Pingpong Thongchai, Ninew Phetdankaeo, Keng Harit, and Bobby Nimit.
