She shared that even during times when she was unwell, she still put on makeup every day.
“I saw so many beauty bloggers here today, and I actually started learning how to do makeup by watching your videos,” Zhao said.
“Even when I was sick, I still did my makeup daily because I believe it’s really important for women to like themselves and fall in love with who they are.”
To Zhao, makeup is more than just enhancing appearance, it’s about self-respect and personal empowerment.
“Putting on makeup is a way of respecting myself. It helps me become the person I want to be,” she added warmly.
