Overseasidol.com — Recently, data from Tianyancha’s legal risk information shows that Shanghai Star48 Culture Media Group Co., Ltd. (SNH48’s agency) has two new court hearing announcements.
The plaintiffs are Zhou Shiyu and Wang Yi, both filing contract dispute cases.
According to the notice, Zhou Shiyu’s case is scheduled for November 19, 2025, at 3:30 PM, while Wang Yi’s case will be heard on November 24, 2025, at 9:00 AM, both at the People’s Court of Hongkou District, Shanghai.

Both Zhou and Wang were previously members of the popular idol group SNH48. Earlier this year, they publicly announced the termination of their contracts with the company.
The lawsuits appear to be related to disagreements following their departures.
